Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, nestled in the hills of Munnar. The views of the tea plantations from my room were truly breathtaking, and the spacious accommodations were a real treat. The location felt peaceful and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of town. However, I did encounter some hiccups with the service, especially regarding trek arrangements. Overall, it’s a great place for those looking for tranquility and natural beauty, though expect a slightly less ideal experience with service.
I stayed at this hotel with high hopes, but I was somewhat let down. The views promised were nowhere to be found from the Premium valley view room, which was disappointing. The steep and narrow road leading to the hotel made self-driving a challenge. On the brighter side, the cleanliness and overall comfort of the facilities were commendable, but the breakfast options just didn't live up to expectations.
I had a pretty good time at the hotel overall. The view from my room was breathtaking, looking out over the valley, and the air was fresh thanks to the dehumidifier system. However, there were some disturbances during my stay that could be a concern for light sleepers. The overall price for the experience felt just right, but I've definitely seen better service elsewhere.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which boasted stunning views of the valley and tea plantations – absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and generally comfortable, but they didn't quite match the pictures I saw online, which was a bit disappointing for the price. The dining options were varied but lacked some standout items I hoped for. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, but there are some areas they could improve on.
I enjoyed my stay at this spa hotel nestled in the hills, offering breathtaking views of the valley and tea plantations. The rooms were large and comfortable, although a bit noisy at times. The service was generally exceptional, but I noticed some lapses during meal times. Dining options were decent but lacked variety for the price point. Overall, it's a beautiful place, though the winding roads can be a bit tricky.
